Hahaaa, long time didn't see. Didn't blog because the first week of school were too busy. Anyways, I am at home now, Youth Day on Monday. Oh and next week's gonna be a short one because we have fun fair on Friday. Our class are selling marshmallows, strawberries and bananas dipped in chocolate, Yummy!
Anyways, our dan dan teacher was quite nice. She's actually good. Okay, our first lesson of the term was, guess what, Maths with Mr Tiong. Then we had Chinese Speech training. Our class was seperated into two groups. Me, in register 1-18, was taken by the male huang laoshi(da ping guo laoshi*big apple*). He was an interesting guy. He told us to introduce our names by using some other words. And I was called BASE in the end. My class practically was roaring with laughter and they continue calling me Base until now. Oh, and I was late because I had difficulties taking off my shoes.*My shoe pad was stucked to my leg. Anyways Jie Ying waited for me so she was late too. We were made to tell the class something, according to the teacher, we weren't punished. He was trying to make us buck up our confidence XD. Anyways I told them a joke. There was a refrigerator. There were eggs inside. The first egg told the second egg "Hey see. The last egg has hair!" Then the second egg told the third egg "Hey, the last egg has hair on it!" The last eg overheard and told them " Helloooo*fustrated*, I am not an egg, I am a KIWI!!!!!" They all went laughing. Then the teacher said " Very good! XD" Mmm, we also got to see Dandan. I found out her name wasn't 蛋蛋，it's 丹丹。Hahas. And her surname was huang too. Anyways, we had LA too. Did a couple of things. It wasn't as boring as I expected. Then we had assembly after lunch. They talked about stealing, hacking accounts, and cheating. It has been happening in our level. I knew two of the cases. I heard that the person who hacked into people's account to change the sabbaticals was made a PSL(peer support leader) later on. Then I went to the comp lab but I didn't update my blog, obviously.
Second day... nothing much if I am not wrong. gao xin complained that some one in her math statistics group and her chinese fps group has someone who didn't want to contribute at all and they are different people. Anyways, she said if she had a weak heart, she would have died a few times. I didn't laugh, because it's no laughing matter. She and yunge went to find Mr Tiong and huang laoshi, hope that they can solve some problem. CCA that day was okay, quite fun in fact. Mr Lee was complaining about us being lazy and not practicing hard enough though. Oh and I saw my science teacher on this day. She said I would get skin cancer if I continue sitting on my sit because the sunlight is shining on me. So I moved away.
I went to the library on Wednesday to read "The Darkest hour" my book! Anyways, those people on the exchange progamme who came to our school(some from France, Australia, New Zealand, U.K. and more) were so noisy. Two of them were even dancing. You can imagine the noise they make. When I was finishing my book, two seniors I didn't know approachd me. They wanted to have an interview with me. They gave me two questions and made me sit down somewhere in the library, which was the place I was sitting. Then one of them started video taping and the other one asked me he questions. I think I answered quite sheepishly because I was stucked to the book for the past 2 and a half hours and my brain wasn't really working properly. But anyways, I answered their question and they thanked me and went away and I continued reading. End of story. The questions were funny, one was "互相竞争会给学生带来好处还是坏处?为什么?" and "你觉得我校课外活动能在什么方面改善?" Then I took around 5 minutes to get myself ready. I was quite dizzy when I look up to them and I only realized they were talking to me.
Thursday, oh I went to Mr Tiong's remedial class for fun that day. Then I went for sectionals. Practically did nothing. During prep, Mr Chia saw my photo with liu ee, boon fong and jia le in Genting, and my concert tickets for my parents. Then he came to talk to me. And he thought I bought the tickets to support my friends XD. Then he realized I am in band, and I remember telling him when he saw me carrying my clarinet long time ago. Anyways, I was reading my newspaper then he took my other newspaper and sat down opposite me and read. Then he started asking me those chinese words, like how to pronounce and what's the meaning. He asked a couple of words so I told him and he said my chinese's "not bad". I was thinking of saying 'I am good XD, not "not bad". And it's your chinese's that is lousy. XD" HAHAHA. But I decided not to say this out. Then he asked me if I was going for the activity he was organising. It was something like accompanying some old people and mentally or physically disabled people to a place. Then I said maybe and most probably yes. Then he said " Can you play your clarinet? I was thinking about having some performances for them. This is a rare occasion for them to come out." Then I said " Er,yeah can. If they don't mind squeaking XD. Don't want lah actually it's very awful." Then he said "It doesn't matter, it's your heart that counts. They will appreciate it." Lols, I think he's right afterall. After prep Mr Chia told those who's most probably be going to stay back and told us about those stuff. I found him repeating those things her told me earlier and found it boring. Anyways, Ms Cheung was supposed to check our rooms after prep but she did it during prep instead. And she found that our lights were on and wrote on the comments slip, it says "Didn't turn of lights ): Next time I will fine $$$" And she really put in those signs and the face, so cute... Then she said we need to mop the floor and report to the office that our shower tap is leaking but we didn't. We intended to do it next time, when we remember.
Friday, time crawls. But CCA was truly fun. We were chased out to practice on outselves, all sec ones. So we went to the science block 4th floor. Then we played the Bavarian BBQ and Simple Serenade. Then we played the school song and simple gifts and a lot more. Pauline said she's going to faint because she played to hard. She wanted to reach the F resting in the fifth line(normal five lines, no additional ones) in treble clef. It was actually in simple serenade 3rd trumpet. No wonder they made hr play 3rds. I can't imagine how the 1st trumpet score look like. She said for simple serenade, there were notes four lines above the five lines for 1st. But we indeed sounded better after playing together. We made a conclusion : Bonding is important. Lols but it makes sense! Then I went back around 6.30pm. I went to eat and then bathe. Then I went for the English tuition in the exhibition room. Then I was told that my results for my LA was too high for the school to pay my tuition fees for me. That means I can choose not to go anymore! What luck!But you know my Language Arts mark is only 69% XD and Alicia's 65 something. I really don't know what others' results are. Fail? 60 just nice? Not sure. Hahaa, it's the best announcement I get for the whole week and it made the tuition bearable. After tuition, I went back home!
I shall not talk more now as I am feeling extremely tired, it's 0:53am now. So byeees.

Umm, too sick to go for band pracs. I have been coughing and sneezing for two days. Urgh. So I didn't get to listen to the Bavarian BBQ XD. Nice name hmm, must practice harder when school reopens. Oh yeah, if some kind soul see this, please tell Sabrina(Clarinet SL) that I cannot go for band pracs on week 4 also because I am away! Okay, actually it's this week but my brother's CCA senior called him to go for CCA so....the trip postponed to next week. I am supposed to go for CCA this week, but too bad I had flu. And I don't want to get into the "ciku ciku*" 170 bus full of bacteria and get sick again. Yeah, I GOT THOSE GERMS ON THE BUS. >.<that complicated, it's just a thick thick worksheet that needs loads of writing and tedious working. Aww, it depresses me everytime I think of it. Anddd, the Chinese was as bad. There's CME malay 剪贴簿 and SAIL that needs a report. Oh we still need to read 西游记 but I read already. Arrr, I missed out LA scenario writing, I am gonna die for sure.
*Don't ask me why it's called ciku ciku bus, ask Chuan Ling. But according to her, it's me that told her 'I took 170 and ciku ciku ciku... all the way here and spent 2 hours on it.' XD but I don't remember any bit of it. So never mind. Let it be...I always wanted a simple life. That's it. TV time. Byeees.

Finally back....
Came back from Xing YIng's house for project and came back at 12.00am today. Went to sleep immediately. Oh yeah... project.
It was kinda fun, in Xing Ying's house. Watched her crapping with her gay friend and her so called cousin on MSN. Her house was counted as huge. It has...three storeys. Yeah, and nice nice bathrooms. I slept with Xing Ying on Mondy night. She tried to take me as her pillow and I pushed her off as I woke up. *irritated* Before we sleep, she warned me not to roll all over her bed and she rolled instead. Lol. We slept at 12am and she went to the toilet in the middle of the night. I had an urge to stick my head into the ceiling because it's so near that I can actually touch it. I hope it doesn't sound weird. Anyways, we woke up at 7 the next day. We went to the roadside immediately as Xing Ying took a long time in the bathroom. We stood beside the lampost like a lampost XD. It's so boring. You would be very free when the traffic light it red. But when it turns green and all vehicles are rushing all over >.<>Okay, about today...Nothing to say about. Oh, I went for band yesterday and the day before. I was very fun. I like pirates dream, the eighties, simple gifts, merry widow and all except for Aesop Fables and Metro Gnome. Aesop Fables has loads of semi quavers' chromatics and Metro Gnome has the beat of seven quavers in a bar XD. The conductor will go "1 2, 1 2, 1 2 3! 1 2, 1 2, 1 2 3!" Then it will suddenly change to "1 2 3, 1 2, 1 2! 1 2, 1 2 3, 1 2!"So complicated, I only played the first note and the ending XD.

I shall post the whole poem next time. Some one can just remind me to do that. It was quite funny when we wrote it and read it in a very exaggerated way XD. But it turned out that our teacher's touched. Even the 乖乖 Xin Yi also burst into laughter when I exploded. I never stop laughing until the last part of the poem. I was reading like, "hihihhiiiii....啊~~~hihihihiiii..." But we got more serious when we reach the so-called climax. We said she was like a 牧羊犬. Lol.

Many things to write.
Woah...there had been such a long time since I have written something. Okay,now I am going to write about Xu Lao Shi: our chinese teacher's departure, NAPFA 2007, Formal dinner, Sabbaticals and today's parent's day a.k.a start of school holidays.
p/s: The Jong I mentioned on the previous post was my new friend in the boarding school. Her blog >>. Go read it and you will find out her crazy and funny way of writing. Um...she wrote everything about the fun we had so I decided not to repeat it. Just look for a post full of blue and purple words, that's it.
18th May 2007
Xu Lao Shi left our school today. Almost the whole class cried for her because she is a good teacher afterall. She had been our Chinese teacher for the first semester our secondary school life.Mandy, Xingying, Van, Jessie Tan all of them were crying their eyes off.Anyways, our class bought her a scarf, a pair of gloves, earmuffs, a teddy bear, a cake, and a file that contains all our blessings for her, real, true ones. Me, Jieying, and Xinyi spent the whole day writing a poem for her, named "ge song ni". At first, we tend to make Xu lao shi laugh and don't take it seriously. But, when we read it to her, she seem like she will cry at any moment, she asked us to give her a copy of the poem, but she did not know, that we already left a copy in the file. The file, may, and will be in her and our memories, a good memory. I gave her a postcard for comments, she said "Bei Shi, smart, love asking questions. hen tao lao shi xi huan"And she hugged me and told me to be GUAI. These are some parts of a very very emo post written by me. It just happens that I was very emotional that day and loads of emo 'stuff'. It was so ... that I still go shivering when I read it. She went to some place for CIP last friday and is coming back on next Sunday. I hope I can see her some time in ther future. Lastly, I would like to congratulate Xu lao shi for the scholarship she won for Beijing University.
NAPFA
NAPFA=extremely tiring activity/assessment.Five stations are still okay but 2.4 km run was terrible. I don't know why I face so much problems. Some of my friends and my timing wasn't recorded and almost made to run 2.4km again!! I almost died after running THAT can. Hey, 2.4km ler uncle,how can you be so careless? But, anyways the record was found on the day, just before we run again =D. Meh, won't talk more about it.
Term two formal dinner
Also on 18th May. Had CCA before that. So me and Joy rushed up to bathe. And we came down 1 minute late. That doesn't matter then. Anyways, the performance this time is slightly more interesting. House tutors wore school uniform!! Mr Matthew Lim wore RI Uniform, Mrs Lim wore RGS uniform, Ms Yeo and another tutor wore MGS uniform, Ms See wore my uniform *winks*, Mr Chia wore HCJC's uniform and Mrs Chia wore NJC uniform. It was so cool!! Everyone laughed when they jumped onto the stage. And suprisingly, Ms Cheung was the MC that night. She seemed so different from usual. anyways, I had fun that night although the food wasn't quite nice.
Sabbaticals week
Hmm...I was in the Malay Appreciation(compulsory) and Chinese Folk Art. On the first day, we had some malay food, very nice, but the lesson was boring. Chinese folk art was nice. We did 'zhong guo jie'. Did three dragonflies. After school, I went to the library. The second day we had some malay dance lesson. I felt very sleepy and don't feel like dancing. For chinese folk art we did a kite. I drew a frong on my kite because my group simply love my frog. We coloured it and left it to dry. After school I had band prac. It was the best band prac I ever had. We played so much that my lips turned red and there's a mark under my lips. My thumb looked as if it was dead.I love band pracs!! Third day: We went to Arab Street. We visited a mosque, then we went around Arab street. Chuan Ling, Yuka, Justina, Kah Mun, Tania and me went to a coffee shop for breakfast. We ate things like mee rebus, mee siam and curry chicken rice. For Chinese folk art, a artist from China call luo xian sheng came to teach us how to make dolls using flour. I made a ladybug and a rabbit. Although it looked a little disfigured :) After school I went to the comp lab with Jong. Laughed a lot. Haha. On the fourth day, watched a play during Malay sabs. We flied our kites during Chinese. Our kite were so perfectly made so it flied even without us running around. Yuka burnt her butt because she sat on the track when she was tired. I was also under the sun and was sweating all over. But at least I wasn't cute enough to sit on the burning hot track XD. On the last day, we watched a movie on Malays and Chinese, on races. It talked about Malays and Chinese in Malaysia. The teacher said this movie was banned in Malaysia because it has some sensitive parts like the malay girl in the movie got 5A s in SPM and got a scholarship. The boy got 7A s but didn't get anything. OKay, enough of that. During our Chinese sabbaticals, a very rude teacher came in. She told us to cut some stuff to make our own card . After that we put our cards together then she told us to choose. Then she went insulting each card. She said Tania's marmaid is very ugly, a girl's teddy bear very childish and so on.Everyone got very offended and went back to our seats and started to ignore her and talk among ourselves. She was sort of pissed off and went around telling us off for being noisy XD Then we all quiet down and stare at her. Then she dismissed us at 1.30pm, 30 minutes earlier than other classes so that we don't need to see each other anymore. So we all wondered around the school before going for CCA. At night, I went to watch a concert. Tian Hui played!! She was very good. After that, me and Jong stated back to help them keep those drums and stands. I took a stand and JOng took a very small little thing. Mr Lim smuggled us out of the boarding school. Saying that we are the helpers. Jong got very excited because this was her first time going to school in casual clothes, some more at night. Then she went 'heheheheheeeee'-ing all the way. Then she whined so much that a teacher going with us said something ( I forgot what he said but it's quite funny). We took the lift all the way up to third floor. They all went into the lift, leaving me and Mr Tan behind. Haha. I kept quiet. Then I helped Mr Tan keep the lift oppen for him to carry the big big drum in. Then he told me (like I don't know) to press third floor. Then I let him out first, (of course, I can't go out and leave him inside the lift right? He would probably being stucked inside the lift because of the clumsy big drum)then he seemed to be very suprised, he said 'thank you' twice. The school was very dark at that time. Because you see shadows everywhere. Grrrr. I slept at 10.19pm because it's very scary to see newspaper everywhere in the room, and three empty beds around you. All my roomates went home that day and the room left only me. They cleared all their things so the room looked deserted.

I woke up at 7.30am. I got ready and met my parents in the funtion room at 8.30. I showed my parents my group's artwork exihibited in front of the auditorium. The stool with twigs sticking out and was full of rubbish. 'It looks messy but it's arraged in a messy way. It brings out the theme but it won't let us feel like throwing rubbish in it. Nice piece of work.' quotes from Mrs Tan. We went to take our report book before we went to see Mrs Toh. She chased me out and talked to my parents. She told my parents that I must improve my English. Bleh. I got 69% for Lang Arts and the highest in level is 78% can. The average is only 65.4%Grrrrr. She told my parents to give me tuition.zzzzz. After that, we went up to see my form teacher. She said I was very quiet. But she said it's my character so there's no way anyone can change. But she said I can voice out my opinions. She said I am top 5 in class, dont know sure or not la. She say it's around there la. Uh... my highest mark is Intefrated Maths, 94%. I didn't know I got a B for Dance XD. My overall average=78.17% conduct: very good(seriously, my primary school teacher will laugh at this) XD. After that, home sweet home !!:)
Oh yeah, going to watch a movie with my friends on Friday.

Um...she wrote everything about the fun we had so I decided not to repeat it. Just look for a post full of blue and purple words, that's it.

Xu Lao Shi left our school today. Almost the whole class cried for her because she is a good teacher afterall. She had been our Chinese teacher for the first semester our secondary school life.Mandy, Xingying, Van, Jessie Tan all of them were crying their eyes off.Anyways, our class bought her a scarf, a pair of gloves, earmuffs, a teddy bear, a cake, and a file that contains all our blessings for her, real, true ones. Me, Jieying, and Xinyi spent the whole day writing a poem for her, named "ge song ni". At first, we tend to make Xu lao shi laugh and don't take it seriously. But, when we read it to her, she seem like she will cry at any moment, she asked us to give her a copy of the poem, but she did not know, that we already left a copy in the file. The file, may, and will be in her and our memories, a good memory. I gave her a postcard for comments, she said "Bei Shi, smart, love asking questions. hen tao lao shi xi huan"And she hugged me and told me to be GUAI. These are some parts of a very very emo post written by me. It just happens that I was very emotional that day and loads of emo 'stuff'. It was so ... that I still go shivering when I read it. She went to some place for CIP last friday and is coming back on next Sunday. I hope I can see her some time in ther future. Lastly, I would like to congratulate Xu lao shi for the scholarship she won for Beijing University.
NAPFA
NAPFA=extremely tiring activity/assessment.Five stations are still okay but 2.4 km run was terrible. I don't know why I face so much problems. Some of my friends and my timing wasn't recorded and almost made to run 2.4km again!! I almost died after running THAT can. Hey, 2.4km ler uncle,how can you be so careless? But, anyways the record was found on the day, just before we run again =D. Meh, won't talk more about it.
Term two formal dinner
Also on 18th May. Had CCA before that. So me and Joy rushed up to bathe. And we came down 1 minute late. That doesn't matter then. Anyways, the performance this time is slightly more interesting. House tutors wore school uniform!! Mr Matthew Lim wore RI Uniform, Mrs Lim wore RGS uniform, Ms Yeo and another tutor wore MGS uniform, Ms See wore my uniform *winks*, Mr Chia wore HCJC's uniform and Mrs Chia wore NJC uniform. It was so cool!! Everyone laughed when they jumped onto the stage. And suprisingly, Ms Cheung was the MC that night. She seemed so different from usual. anyways, I had fun that night although the food wasn't quite nice.
Sabbaticals week
Hmm...I was in the Malay Appreciation(compulsory) and Chinese Folk Art. On the first day, we had some malay food, very nice, but the lesson was boring. Chinese folk art was nice. We did 'zhong guo jie'. Did three dragonflies. After school, I went to the library. The second day we had some malay dance lesson. I felt very sleepy and don't feel like dancing. For chinese folk art we did a kite. I drew a frong on my kite because my group simply love my frog. We coloured it and left it to dry. After school I had band prac. It was the best band prac I ever had. We played so much that my lips turned red and there's a mark under my lips. My thumb looked as if it was dead.I love band pracs!! Third day: We went to Arab Street. We visited a mosque, then we went around Arab street. Chuan Ling, Yuka, Justina, Kah Mun, Tania and me went to a coffee shop for breakfast. We ate things like mee rebus, mee siam and curry chicken rice. For Chinese folk art, a artist from China call luo xian sheng came to teach us how to make dolls using flour. I made a ladybug and a rabbit. Although it looked a little disfigured :) After school I went to the comp lab with Jong. Laughed a lot. Haha. On the fourth day, watched a play during Malay sabs. We flied our kites during Chinese. Our kite were so perfectly made so it flied even without us running around. Yuka burnt her butt because she sat on the track when she was tired. I was also under the sun and was sweating all over. But at least I wasn't cute enough to sit on the burning hot track XD. On the last day, we watched a movie on Malays and Chinese, on races. It talked about Malays and Chinese in Malaysia. The teacher said this movie was banned in Malaysia because it has some sensitive parts like the malay girl in the movie got 5A s in SPM and got a scholarship. The boy got 7A s but didn't get anything. OKay, enough of that. During our Chinese sabbaticals, a very rude teacher came in. She told us to cut some stuff to make our own card . After that we put our cards together then she told us to choose. Then she went insulting each card. She said Tania's marmaid is very ugly, a girl's teddy bear very childish and so on.Everyone got very offended and went back to our seats and started to ignore her and talk among ourselves. She was sort of pissed off and went around telling us off for being noisy XD Then we all quiet down and stare at her. Then she dismissed us at 1.30pm, 30 minutes earlier than other classes so that we don't need to see each other anymore. So we all wondered around the school before going for CCA. At night, I went to watch a concert. Tian Hui played!! She was very good. After that, me and Jong stated back to help them keep those drums and stands. I took a stand and JOng took a very small little thing. Mr Lim smuggled us out of the boarding school. Saying that we are the helpers. Jong got very excited because this was her first time going to school in casual clothes, some more at night. Then she went 'heheheheheeeee'-ing all the way. Then she whined so much that a teacher going with us said something ( I forgot what he said but it's quite funny). We took the lift all the way up to third floor. They all went into the lift, leaving me and Mr Tan behind. Haha. I kept quiet. Then I helped Mr Tan keep the lift oppen for him to carry the big big drum in. Then he told me (like I don't know) to press third floor. Then I let him out first, (of course, I can't go out and leave him inside the lift right? He would probably being stucked inside the lift because of the clumsy big drum)then he seemed to be very suprised, he said 'thank you' twice. Jong...... =)
Yesterday...mm. Went back to the boarding school around 9.49pm. Waited for 15 minutes, erm no, 5 minutes before I get my passport. Then I saw Miss Cheung coming down and she told me in a matter- of- fact tone. " All your roomates are not back yet and I went to your room for room check. It's quite clean la." Then I said " Oh okay." Then I have nothing to say so I smiled at her. Then she said, "Haha.. so cute." Then she poked my forehead and went away.
Aiyo...no time for me to blog about the fun I had with Jong NOW. Talk about it next time.

Sunday. 22th April
Nothing much, spent the half the day with my parents, celebrating my dad's birthday. Had steamboat... went back around 9.45pm and found that there's movie tonight. Saw Sai YIng and Sera on the way back to the room, and was dragged down again to eat supper together. Slept around..... eleven?
Monday. 23rd April
Feeling weird today. Can't write properly and is using broken sentences in the blog. Never mind, I am fine, so don't care about beishi, peishi, peisi, pepsi, ducky, flamingo. Okay, lets talk about the story for being called flamingo, which is a very short one. Last Thursday during band prac break, I was standing there, and suddenly my leg felt itchy so I used my the other leg to scratch. So I am called flamingo because both of us stands using one leg. The end. Anyways, DURING band prac, I was sitting between Hui Zhen and Jessie Tee, and was constantly poked >.<
After lunch was art. Mrs Tan wanted us to draw our shoes... So shoes are found on tables instead of on the floor. It's lucky for us because there isn't any weird smell.

Mmmm, going back on Thursday.
Okay, first thing. I am going back on this Thursday. For Good Friday, indeed good eh.
Today's assembly wasn't really fun. Mrs Chitra scolded us for coming in late. She made all the late-comers sit on the floor because it is rude to get sitted when people had already started their speech. Anyways, Mr Rolan Issac ( not sure who is he) came to give us a talk on taking care of our eyes. He said short- sight may lead to blindness. When the short-sighted condition worsen, the eyeballs may burst due to the high pressure. Or whatever. After he left, to our horror, Mrs Chitra went up to the stage, and started her ....lecture. * Gasps*She was almost shouting at us. Anyways, forgot to add something. Ms Sabrina caught Jessie (Tee) sleeping in the Auditorium again, which is the second time. .... We were dismissed a little later that usual.
So, I went all the way up to the board room on the fourth floor, to help Mr Tiong who wants to video tape me and Jessie doing maths. Um, trying to find out how different foreign students and local students think, I think so. So, both of us had fun, chatting instead of doing work. As there's nothing much to do, we came out quite early. There's nothing for me to do so I came to the comp lab and on a computer to blog this. How interesting.
Oh yeah. I drew a thank you card for the boarding school representing 105'07. :) I drew it yesterday and Ms Cheung came when I am half done. She came for a room-check. And she used a piece of paper to hit me, trying to make me respond. And I did. I said I did my job.
Okay, today we are assigned to dress up a ginger bread man. One for everyone. I haven't coloured mine, mind you. Better remember to finsih it or I will get killed tommorow.
Tonight the boarding school's having an orientation game for the three weeks experience boarders. They encouraged the actual boarders to join too. But I am not because I am helping them. So, I think I am going to the office to help them earlier, maybe at 7.10pm. We are excused from the prep time today.
Anyways, I watched Happy Feet yesterday in the Function Room. It's so cute. The penguin call "Mumbo" or "Mumble" or whatever.Grrrrr. Though I watched it before, I still enjoyed it very much. My parents came to give me my Math notes half way through the movie. I talked to them for a while before going back.
I am planning to go back at 5pm or 5.30pm afterwards. Better ask for Geography notes to do those stupid IPO charts tommorow.

Anyways, it has been 20 days since I had actually posted something. It had been a week of school after term holidays so there's quite a lot of thing to talk about.
Miss Goh and Mr. Tiong changed our seats on the first..or second day of school. Then somehow Chuan Ling proposed to change the way of sitting in class. She proposed that we sit in a U shape and leave a space in the centre. But Miss Goh told us that the school actually tried that before and after healf a year, people sitting by the side actually got 'lazy eye'. So, we only change seats.
Nothing new for me, for I am still sitting with Xin Yi. Both of us just happened to move together to the back of the class.
Mmm, Mr Tiong asked us if he can put a video camera behind of the class last week. All of us' reaction was same, which is "Huh??? Why?"Soooo, he explained...Then, we got to know that he's still studying Maths. We said in some days we need to call him Dr. Tiong instead of Mr. Tiong. The first tryout was on last Thursday. He put the camera right beside me and started teaching. But everyone got so distracted that he had an urge to off the camera. But he can't, obviously, because it's for his research. Ahaaa, anyways, he said he is distracted by the camera too. Then he found me and Jessie and asked us for help. He told us to stay back one afternoon every week and do some Mathematics questions under the camera for one hour. I thought it's pretty fun so I decided to help him. He said he wants two of us and a few Singaporeans because he wants to know what's the differences within our thinking.He said foreign students like us have not learn something blah blah blah which I can't remember where people in Singapore primary school do.
Then....we watch a movie during Chinese lessons for this three days. It's a show by Chen Kai Ge(陈凯歌）. It's about a 13 year old boy who can play violin very well and his father wanted to bring him to Beijing to learn violin after a competition held . He found a teacher and dropped him down. But he doesn't think the teacher is teaching well so he wanted his son to change a teacher. His son was very angry and sold the violin his mother left to him away. Somehow the boy changed teacher. He was selected to go for a National competition but his father isn't going to watch him. He is leaving that night. A girl who has the same teacher as him was very sad and she told him she only realised she love music so much when she wasn't selected for the competition. The boy said he knew what to do and ran away. The girl went for the competition and the boy went to find his dad in the train station. He found his father and was touched by his father's love towards him and played him the competition piece. He put in all the feelings in him when he played that to thank his father so that's his best piece he ever played. Yunge was crying when the show ended. I think the most touching part is when the boy played the song to his dad, and when the expressions of the boy's dad when the boy sold the violin. But the character who gave me the deepest impression was the Jiang lao shi. He was the boy's first teacher. Although he didn't really teach the boy anything but he trained the boy's patience,and he told him to feel, and think about the music instead of playing it.I really like the man's characters. He earned my respect by not scolding the boy when the boy said he's smellier that his cats and he never see him changing clothes since he knew the man. Instead of hiting or scolding the boy, he thought about himself. He's able change after the boy's words.
Anyways, I am taking part in the Singapore Maths Olympiad competition. It's holding on 29th May(Tuesday) from 9.30am to 12 noon. Erm, venue unknown.
Hmm. Gotta stop here or I will go on and on and I will not get all my homework done.

Uh huh..
Yep. It's uh huh. I got sore eye. So.....no school. That means no camp, no friends, no fun, no sleeping in school, no camp fire, nothing. I won't get to learn those things they have learnt in the camp. And I am going to miss the first and last opportunity to have a camp with my friends this year.
I know it is risky for me to go to the camp, so I didn't. But I really look forward to the camp. It just happened, on day zero. I am sure that I was perfectly fine during the preparations. Then my eye started to... sort of swell, and became very itchy. Wow, then my CCA senior asked me what happened. I think they found something white in my eye. She... wanted to touch my eye but she didn't in the end.Lucky for her. Anyways, when I went back to the boarding school, it worsen. It got quite red and I was scared that it will.. somehow burst. So I called my mum and sms my tutor, Miss Cheung. Miss Cheung called me and told me to tell my parents to come and fetch me, immediately. She told me that the sore eye virus started spreading already. She said she told my roommate that she need to go home( That is Jessie) but she didn't. She only left that day morning.
Not that I wanted to blame her but she really has poor hygiene. She knew she had sore eye but she still came back to school. Her eye was so swollen that she can't go to school. She was lying in her bed for two whole days doing nothing. Her parents didn't even fetch her home.Okay, it is gross enough to live with a person who has sore eye.She even used a handkerchief to collect all her tears and virus.I don't know what did she do to the handkerchief afterwards. Did she wash it? Or she threw it on her table and use her hands which is full of condensed virus to touch the water tap and the bathroom? Seriously I really don't know. She was staying in the room alone, for the whole day. Is it safe? She shouldn't have stay for so long. She actually shouldn't have came back to the boarding school. It is really inconsiderate to come back because you will pass the virus to everybody near you.Then those people will pass it to their classmates and family memebers,and those people will pass it back to their family members. It is not exaggerated. That's what happened during SARS period. It may not be that serious but it is no joke. What do you think will happen to the community?
Ehem... back to the story. So I called my parents. They reached there about 9.56pm. So, very depressed, I brought everything home. I am not planning to go back until the term holiday is over. Since then, I finally understand the importance of personal hygiene. I hope my friends care about it. It is really very important. When you are sick, don't go to crowded places, be considerate.Don't pass the virus to everyone. It really is a serious matter.And remember to wash your hands very often, especially after coming back from places.

* According to Chuan Ling, Mr Tiong made the whole class applaud for us, because two of us actually stayed back to stack up all the chairs and desks.Then take off all the chinese new year decorations, and clean the classroom. Mr Tiong walked past our class and saw us that day. He looked suprised because there's only two of us.Anyways, thank him for helping us. We manage to use one hour and a half to finish everything. By the way, by the time we finished everything, all of us have red face and untidy hair. But I actually enjoyed throughly. I don't know what about Chuan Ling la.
I gotta go.It's kinda late already. Need to take my medicine.
I know it is risky for me to go to the camp, so I didn't. But I really look forward to the camp. It just happened, on day zero. I am sure that I was perfectly fine during the preparations. Then my eye started to... sort of swell, and became very itchy. Wow, then my CCA senior asked me what happened. I think they found something white in my eye. She... wanted to touch my eye but she didn't in the end.Lucky for her. Anyways, when I went back to the boarding school, it worsen. It got quite red and I was scared that it will.. somehow burst. So I called my mum and sms my tutor, Miss Cheung. Miss Cheung called me and told me to tell my parents to come and fetch me, immediately. She told me that the sore eye virus started spreading already. She said she told my roommate that she need to go home( That is Jessie) but she didn't. She only left that day morning.
Not that I wanted to blame her but she really has poor hygiene. She knew she had sore eye but she still came back to school. Her eye was so swollen that she can't go to school. She was lying in her bed for two whole days doing nothing. Her parents didn't even fetch her home.Okay, it is gross enough to live with a person who has sore eye.She even used a handkerchief to collect all her tears and virus.I don't know what did she do to the handkerchief afterwards. Did she wash it? Or she threw it on her table and use her hands which is full of condensed virus to touch the water tap and the bathroom? Seriously I really don't know. She was staying in the room alone, for the whole day. Is it safe? She shouldn't have stay for so long. She actually shouldn't have came back to the boarding school. It is really inconsiderate to come back because you will pass the virus to everybody near you.Then those people will pass it to their classmates and family memebers,and those people will pass it back to their family members. It is not exaggerated. That's what happened during SARS period. It may not be that serious but it is no joke. What do you think will happen to the community?
Ehem... back to the story. So I called my parents. They reached there about 9.56pm. So, very depressed, I brought everything home. I am not planning to go back until the term holiday is over. Since then, I finally understand the importance of personal hygiene. I hope my friends care about it. It is really very important. When you are sick, don't go to crowded places, be considerate.Don't pass the virus to everyone. It really is a serious matter.And remember to wash your hands very often, especially after coming back from places.

Yay!! At home now...
Oh...I didn't know I haven't been posting anything for so long. Okay...it's quite normal for the other people but to me, going home is big deal...Never mind..Anyways, I went to accompany some old folks today.It's after school.
We rushed to the place we are supposed to meet after the bell rang.We were so excited and ran very fast. All...no, most of us were carrying big bags onto the bus because we need to clear things away by Monday( people are staying in our classrooms).We departed at around...2..40p..m. It was raining. We reached the place quite quickly, to my surprise.
We were stoning around the place at first.(We are supposed to do something). Those old folks helped themselves..lol.They took those chairs and sat down.Miss Goh's very embarrassed and quickly told us to do some work.All of us were really very shy and didn't want to talk to them.Alas, we started to warm up after Audrey and Jianing went to organise the place.We played games.Pretty boring but we enjoyed ourselves.Thanks to them.
Then we still had time left so we sang songs like 月亮代表我的心, 甜蜜蜜,老鼠爱大米,童话,恭喜恭喜,朋友,友谊万岁,and more and more.Somehow we sang Mai hum Mai hum.Lol.Mee Siam Mai Hum.Then some of the old folk got tired of us and wanted to go home.So we dismissed them.
Then Miss Goh briefed us about our behavior.Loads of positive points and only a few negative points.She said we did a good job and she's really pleased.The person from Lionbefrienders association came and thank us for coming.As we really had fun so we wished to go there again. We found that it's fun to play with those old folks although they may be naggy.
Around five we went back to school. All of us felt very tired and didn't talk much. Only Vanessa and Jessie Tan very so hyper, they were singing songs. Van went kicking my skirt as she's so excited.(She sits behind me).Anyways, my mum reached the BS at 6pm.Then I quickly went home.Lucky there wasn't any traffic jam.
Now...finished all homework.Okay, things to do tomorrow: Find Mrs Chek tomorrow, Apply to leave school early on 19th March,return book to library and check what to bring list for life skills camp.Anyways, I don't really know how big my bags(two, mind you) will be.Anyways, I am so happy because we are going to stay in school!!First time in my life!!Annd, our class have a class blog already.Very different from my primary school.I am sure that some of my primary schoolmates don't know what is a blog.
Oh yeah...I forgot.Last Monday,Chuan Ling and I went for math remedial.When we told Mr Tiong,he's like..uh...wasting my time.Because we just go there for fun.When we were waiting outside the board room, we felt very bad.But since we already came so we went in.Lucky there's more than two of us.He found a couple more person. Then he said, how encouraging that there's only two out of seven of us needs remedial.We finished our worksheet in a short time.Then he talked to Chuan Ling and me.He asked us if we are happy in the first term of school.Then Chuan Ling said she was bullied by us.I said Chuan Ling had been screaming in class.Mr Tiong said it's normal for a monitress to shout. Then I told him that Chuan Ling shouted because people had been poking her.Then Chuan Ling framed me!! She said I poked her.I said I didn't .Then she said I didn't protect her from people poking her. I was like this =.= Mr Tiong laughed and shook his head.Mr Tiong was mean that day.He said very unkindly,smiling to those people.He pointed on the paper and said 'wrong..', 'Wrong...','WRONG!!','WRONG!!!!!'. IF I were the person,I will be dead embarrassed.By the time the remedial ends,it's raining so Chuan Ling and I weren't intending to go home.You know what Mr Tiong said? He said 'Now, quickly go home now,you mum will miss you.'Then Chuan Ling said' Poor Bei Shi don't have her mum to miss her.' Then we settled down in front of maths department and started to talk about everything.
Anyways,I better stop or I will write everything out.I really will write something like' I went to the toilet at 5.42p.m.'.I would better pack something for the life skills camp...Bags and bags for me to bring back.Okay,I will stop here and blog next time.

Yay!!!HAPPY!!My leave form is approved that means I can go home on Chinese New Year!!Annd...I got a laptop!!
Uh.....went to Mrs Toh's office.Someone's in there.So I waited outside.A teacher saw me and asked me what happened.Lol.He must be thinking that I did somethign wrong.So...everything went smoothly when I got the approval.Happy!!Yeeeha!
And,guess what,I got a laptop!!!Yipee!!!But can't surf the net yet because there's no signal.Gotta try again next time.
Anyways,MrTiong cut his hair,finally.Look much much different , much younger.At least ,he look more like a 26 year-old man.When he first get into our classroom, everybody thought "what's wrong with Mr Tiong , what he didn't come to class today?"Then We took a closer look..
Everyone's dumbfounded.Uh...he's Mr Tiong then.Everyone forgot to greet him, we just stared at him.Then he said' Yes I know I cut my hair.' And everyone laughed when Shannon asked him if he's Mr Tiong.
I've run out of time.It's time for me to go.I am freeeezing.grr. I shall post something interesting next time.
